My journey into UX began in 2013 when I started creating visual and UI designs for e-commerce customers in NYC. As the sole designer for a growing startup, I forged tight-knit partnerships with the marketing team and various other departments. I grasped the role of analytics in molding customer experiences. I came to realize that the effectiveness of an interface or campaign journey relied heavily on understanding the individuals who interacted with it.
I translated my understanding of a user first design approach and design thinking to collaborate with companies ranging from small startups to large enterprises. My goal was to improve their UX strategy, content, and design initiavtes.
In May 2019, I earned a Master’s degree from Pratt School of Information in Information Experience Design (IXD). During my studies, I had the opportunity to collaborate with renowned NYC museums and orginizations on UX design and research inititaves. I learned more ways to integrate UX deisgn and research metholodlogies to my UX process.
Currently, I work as a Senior UX designer at ADP; I apply my skills and expertise to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. I prioritize usability and accessibility in my designs, ensuring that they meet industry standards and best practices.
I recently became Ai Design certified✨ at Pratt Institute & Creative AI Academy. I gained valuable insights that will shape how I design in the ever-evolving fields of technology and design.
I'm currently utilizing new AI tools to create future-proof experiences. My goal is to harness the power of AI and proven UX strategies to build innovative, sustainable solutions that meet the needs of users today and in the future.
When not obsessing about UX, I enjoy swimming, taking a new class, seeing the latest museum exhibit, or planning my next trip to explore a new city (open to suggestions!). I'm an active member of various UX professional orginizations and always looking to meet new people and learn new skills. You might even run into me at a design or technology event.
